DARS Fall Classic Contest and Launch December 19, 2009

Ted also had this transparent Electro-Launch which caught my eye. Notice the genuine Eveready Photo Batteries. And the launch controller handset is transparent, too. By the way, that's a 69 Estes catalog underneath it.

Lastly, here's a really clever bash of a Canadian Arrow by Stuart Powley.  This should be a kit

I didn't compete in the contest this year, but in the spirit of things, I did bring out a couple of rarely flown classic clones for some sport flying.  The Sprint put in a good flight on an A8-5, and the Cherokee really took off on a C11-5. 2-21-2010
