Flying rockets is a family activity, and all my kids
like having rockets to call their own. For my youngest daughter,
I built
a downscaled Big Bertha we call the Baby Bertha. (It's not the
same
rocket as the new Estes Baby Bertha.)
Our Baby Bertha has a BT-5 body tube and flies on Estes T motors.
A 1/4A3-3T has a tad too long of delay, and a 1/2A3-4T takes it just to
the verge of being out of sight.
After her last broken fin, the decal had to be scrapped in order to
refinish it.
Epilog: A new decal was obtained, and here it is, good as new.
